It’s a hot summer in Los Angeles.
Raiding in the streets is creating more heat.
An eerie, dust-like smoke fills the night.
Hear the marching boots pounding the ground.
Toxic, chemically induced dust hangs in the air, carried by the wind.
Armed military-style vehicles are mobilized for containment.
It’s military infiltration with LAPD self-glorification.
Red lights are flashing, illuminating the night.
They’re chasing elusive souls and dark shallows.
ICE out of L.A.
Black-armored knights in full gear.
They are pushing the order to vacate.
– Just following orders.
Authoritative sirens are heard.
Crowd control smoke is everywhere.
It’s an unlawful assembly—LAPD, sheriffs, National Guard, and Marines.
It’s a tactical alert or a tactical hurt.
And masked secret police roam the streets.
Beware, white unmarked vans patrol the streets, seeking control.
Official vigilantes invade and terrorize.
We are told to stand back!
– Stand down!
– No justification necessary.
No self-defense.
And many more voices cry out loud. So intense.
It’s a human rights emergency.
Los Angelenos are dissenting. They are defending.
Those with privilege are proudly observing without any knowledge.
While others are demanding justice for all!
Fear and targeted intimidation by the administration that doesn’t care.
Armed men share particular weapons of war.
Weapons of warfare—out of LA!
Or civil unrest, if you dare.
It’s in the open. It is truly a deeply ingrained mentality.
It’s called racism, but it’s always been here.
The dust has been kicked up. It is swirling around.
Dust is blowing in the wind all over LA.
The dust rises in LA. Will it rise for elections as well?
